We collect registration details, membership settings, contact messages, alert preferences and authorized trading records needed to operate your workspace. Account records are restricted by ownership. Credentials remain outside the public website.
Screen capture starts only with browser permission. Captured frames and OCR text stay in your browser in the current workflow. OCR software and language files are downloaded from third-party delivery services, which receive normal network request information.
Market events are retained for up to 90 days and authorized account activity for up to 365 days in the market worker. WordPress registration and contact records are retained for service administration until an applicable deletion request is handled. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Operational backups may retain prior records during their rotation.
